Seeking a Customer Retention & Team Support Specialist to support ongoing customer relationships, contribute to office growth and support my licensed team. This position focuses on outreach, policy retention, team support and relationship maintenance.   This position will 

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with existing customers policy cancellations.
  • Assist with billing questions, problem solving and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet retention and outreach objectives.
Qualifications

  • Effective communication and listening skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on customer experience.
  • Thrives in a positive, team-centered environment

Compensation: $20,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
